Every order gets a tracking email the moment it leaves the bench in Portland, OR. If you have the number, drop it in below and we'll take you straight to the carrier.

Haven't got a tracking number yet?
- Check the inbox you used at checkout, including spam — the subject line starts with “Your order is on the way”.
- Orders placed on a weekend go out the next business day.
- Sign in to your account to see every order and its status.
Still stuck? Message Josh with your order number and he'll chase it down himself — usually the same day.
