US orders over $60 ship free, arriving in 5–8 business days. Under $60, flat-rate shipping is $6.90 for most parcels and $9.90 for heavier ones, and it arrives faster — 3–4 business days. That quicker service is available at checkout on any order, including ones over $60.

In-stock orders are packed within 2–3 business days and go out from Portland, Oregon. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it's on its way.

Yes — to 27 countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout, and duties and import taxes are included in the price you see there. No surprise courier invoice when the parcel lands.

Drop your tracking number into the order tracking page and it'll take you straight to the carrier. If no tracking email has arrived yet, check the spam folder first, then send Josh your order number.

You can still order it — it just takes longer. Backordered items ship in about 2–3 weeks, and both the product page and your order confirmation say so up front.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is on you.
