Shipping policy

US orders: Free US shipping on every order — no minimum. In-stock orders are packed within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–8 business days. Need it sooner? A faster 3–4 business day option is available at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order’s on its way.

International orders: We ship to 27 countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and any duties and import taxes are included in the price shown there — so there’s no surprise courier invoice when your order arrives.

Backordered items: if something’s out of stock, you can still order it — it’ll just take a little longer. Backordered items ship in about 2–3 weeks, and both the product page and your order confirmation will make that clear up front. I’ll keep you posted so you’re never left wondering.

Everything ships from Portland, Oregon. If a shipment goes sideways — lost, stuck, or delayed — email me. I handle this personally and I’ll chase it down with you.
