Shipping policy

Everything ships from the US. In-stock orders are packed and out the door within 2–3 business days, and usually arrive within 3–5 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order's on its way.

Free shipping on US orders over $75. Under that, your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Backordered items: if something's out of stock, you can still order it — it'll just take a little longer. Backordered items ship in about 2–3 weeks, and both the product page and your order confirmation will make that clear up front. I'll keep you posted so you're never left wondering.

If a shipment goes sideways — lost, stuck, or delayed — email me. I handle this personally and I'll chase it down with you.
