Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem — you've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

To be eligible, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is on you — but the process is simple and I'll help however I can.

If your item shows up damaged, defective, or it's just not what you ordered, that one's on me. Email me and I'll cover the return and make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.

How to start a return: email me at support@akiedc.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. I read these myself, so I'll get you a return address and next steps fast.

Once your return arrives and I've looked it over, I'll refund your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer to appear on your statement.
